At QDTdental we offer two options for your final All on 4 prostheses. Acrylic and Zirconia. For many years acrylic has been the first choice for full arch restorations. Now a days zirconia is the better choice.

  • Zirconia bridges last longer than acrylic bridges and are ultimately the stronger material. They are difficult to break, crack, or chip.
  • Zirconia bridges look natural and feel great while acrylic can become discolored over time.
  • Zirconia bridges are solid (instead of porous) which makes them easier to clean.
  • Zirconia bridges do not attract bacteria or plaque, thus lowering your chances of developing gum disease, tooth decay, or bad breath.
  • Zirconia bridges can be custom fitted with CAD/CAM technology to achieve the ultimate comfort.

02. You will get 6 to 8 implants per arch

In our opinion, it is better to place 6 to 8 implants vs. 4 when dealing with a regular edentulous jaw. As a result, the technique is strategically engineered in order to provide maximum support for the permanent prosthetic. This All on 6 or even All on 8 system will be more structural sound and more predictable in the long run, avoiding future complications.

03. Final Zirconia Prosthesis fabricated by a Master Ceramist

As most of our patients, you probably have been searching for the best dentist to perform your surgery, however the person fabricating your teeth also play a huge role in the final esthetic outcome. 04. In House Lab with CAD CAM technology

QDTdental has its very own on-site dental laboratory. Having a lab on-site allows the All on 4 procedure to be simple, secure and less time consuming. When an outsourced dental lab is used it takes more time to fabricate the permanent prosthesis. This will create more appointments and a longer waiting period. We strive to provide our patients with the most convenient form of treatment.  Our lab allows us to provide patient with the option to receive their final permanent teeth in JUST 4 HOURS!!! We fabricate all of our prosthetics with CAD/CAM technology. Therefore, the prosthesis is computer designed and created by an industrial machine leaving very little room for error.

05. Zygomatic implants

No bone, no problem!! Patients who may have a significant amount of bone loss in the maxilla (upper jaw), and are not candidates for the traditional All on 4 now have an alternative.  We can place Zygomatic implants instead of traditional implants. Zygomatic implants have additional length and are anchored into the cheek bone giving substantial structure and stability. Other implant centers cannot offer this modality. If you have ever been told by a previous provider that you do not have enough bone structure, let us show you your alternative options!

Intra Oral Scanner

We use 3D intraoral cameras when replacing dental crowns, or fabricating permanent veneers.

I just finished my implants story with QDT. One implant worked well and it was a fast recovery and everything. But the second implant failed twice. I don’t know the reasons, it could be anything. Of course I was worrying because it was a front tooth and loosing it was a horror story for me. Doctor Aparicio’s team offered a bridge with no additional cost, they ensured me that they will not leave me alone with this problem. And they kept their word. I have a bridge in the front now and it looks like my real teeth. Thank you so much to their work! I really recommend! Prices were pleasant too.

The office is very new . STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND THE DOCTOR IS AWESOME . I RECIEVED ALL ON 6 IMPLANTS YESTERDAY AND THE RDA'S WERE ALL REALLY COMFORTING. AND THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY TEETH.. So my experience at dentals clinic was unique. I came in because I had a missing tooth and I was able to replace my missing tooth the same day. Let me start by saying that I did a lot of research before I chose Quality Dental. I visited several offices and interviewed several dentists.
